 II. Wands. Energetically, this card sees the number Two as a driving force within the world of Fire. The Twos seek to evolve, so here in the plane of Fire we see the initial spark, inspiration or concept, offered in the Ace Wands, evolving into a specific thing.

 If the II. Wands has found you today, it brings with it the message to stop for a moment.  To ask yourself, “Where am I going with this?  What do I actually want to create out of this?”

Sometimes we can have a great idea and that’s where it remains – a forever idea.  Lost to ever becoming a reality because we just didn’t invest the time in developing the concept. 

Other times we can be presented with a fabulous opportunity that requires us to stop, and consider next steps, in order to make the most of it.  This facet of II. Wands alerts you to the need for strategic planning.  This process begins with journaling your highest hopes, followed by a detailed plan on how to go about turning these expectations into reality. 

The II. Wands takes that golden egg, offered in the Ace Wands, and begins to evolve its potential.  In this card, you take the first step toward manifesting your dream through a calculated process.  II. Wands illustrates this initial development.

On a dark day, the II. Wands is like a wildfire.  All that Fire energy spiraling ever greater and greater.  Without a clear and focused direction this vital force can become very volatile and unpredictable.

Today, I’m feeling the inspirational II. Wand’s energy and I am doing my best to utilize it to formulate a book proposal for my Tarot Collection.  For me this card signifies the need to define my works and then project my vision for them, through this document, to the appropriate people.
